VIP: Please select the number of copies you wish to order using the PRINT QUANTITY pull down menu and leave the QUANTITY option below it as 1 . It is set up in this way to reduce delivery costs on multiple copy orders. The book/s will be shipped direct to you and usually takes about 2-3 weeks.
